OLIVIA inspi' REIRA (TRAPNEST) - a little pain | Mirror (31.4MB, for PSP/Quicktime)

This is basically the ending theme for NANA anime. I find it weird that the singer is willing to use that strange stage name in order to perform this song but I guess she gets paid to maintain the illusion that she is actually Reira from Trapnest. The PV itself is one of those narrative-less type. It only shows Reira performing the song while wearing a period dress. In some scenes, she actually looks a bit scary due to the makeup in her face and the way the scene was lit. Thankfully the song itself is quite good and represents the longing that both Nana probably feel for their respective loved ones. It makes one wonder, especially in Oosaki Nana's case, if she was actually waiting for Ren while she got seperated from him.

Anyways, I love this PV. Olivia looks beautiful in it, and her dress is beautiful (except for the veil). Hopefully her single as well as Anna's sells well. Finally downloaded it from yousendit! The PV is great...I don't seem to get the feeling that she's scary. Her German looks belie the fact that she's fluent in Japanese, since she lived in Japan when she was young. IMO, her song is similar to Bana (Witch Hunter Robin OP and ED theme), though a less gothic feel to it.

I love Olivia's PV. It seems to have an European feel to the atmosphere. The music video portrays a sad and melancholic look to it. Since NANA has been announced for a 50-episode run, let's hope there's another ED theme done by her too! ^^

Olivia is half american half ryukyuan(islands part of japan). her father is american whilst her mother is ryukyuan. Her first language is english whilst japanese is her second. she moved between the US and Okinawa alot as her father was a US marine. Hope that information was helpful!
