Tell me about it. In this lyric, the Kanji and the pronounciation are often different. They tend to use Katakana for some of the pronounciation even though the Kanji suggests a different pronounciation. For example, they use ゲート (pronounced 'Geeto') to pronounce 門 (normally pronounced 'Kado' or 'Mon'). The meaning is still 'Gate' but the pronounciation is different.

Just a note: the second line of the second chorus, "Shiroi tekubi kasanete", should actually be "Shiori tekubi kasanete" as the original kana puts it. I guess the subs had the misheard version as well...

Ah, actually, the romaji version is the correct one. I stupidly made a typing error when I typed the kanji. I ended up writing しおり (shiori/bookmark) in kana instead of 白い (shiroi/white). I'm sorry. The kanji has been corrected to 'Shiroi' now. Thank you for letting me know about this.
